Regardless of experience level or skill, our studio welcomes all individuals willing to learn, grow, and connect through yoga as a form of fitness to achieve the art of living well. We offer various yoga styles, you can easily find a practice you will enjoy. Practicing yoga 2-3 times a week strengthens your core, improves balance, and reduce inflammation.

Practicing yoga can help you gain flexibility, burn calories, & balance mood. Our studio has hardwood floors, mirrored walls, and offers open air, heated, and hot yoga classes.
BEFORE CLASS
Our studio promotes a calm and peaceful environment, we respectfully ask that students enter and wait for class quietly. Bring your yoga mat, yoga towel(s), and a bottle of water.
DURING CLASS
Classes are approximately 60-75 minutes each. Classes are hot, heated, or Open-Air. Be sure to read class descriptions for full details on what you can expect in each experience.
AFTER CLASS
After the end of each class, feel free to rest and relax on your mat. Take this time to reflect upon and/or set your intention and align with mind, body & soul. Take care of your personal space and we will see you soon. Namaste

Stretch & Restore
60 min | Open-Air
In this slow and supportive practice you will experience a variety of stretches to release built up tension and stress. Learn and practice basic breathing techniques to calm the mind, energize your body, and relax the nervous system. Leave feeling stretched out, balanced, and centered.
Vinyasa Flow
60 min | Heated & Open-Air
This style flows with a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, unifying body and breath. Movement and intentions fueled by the breath help to move and release energies throughout the body. This revitalizing practice, promotes wellness and a heightened sense of connection within yourself.
Yin Yoga
60 min | Open-Air
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style working deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses - focused on targeting the connective tissues-ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia. Each class is usually composed of curated poses, held from 2-5 minutes each. This practice deepens relaxation, increases circulation, and promotes the mind and body.
Hot Yoga
60-75 min | Hot
Hot Yoga (26+2) is a heated practice at around 104F with 15% humidity. It consists of 26 asanas and 2 pranayama exercises, performed twice. This sequence is designed to warm and stretch muscles, enhance flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting detox and increased oxygen.
Gentle Vinyasa

In our Gentle Vinyasa class, practice a soothing blend of mindful movement and breath where you seamlessly weave together fluid sequences to enhance flexibility, balance, and tranquility. Each transition promotes a harmonious connection between body and breath, fostering a sense of calm and well-being.
Vin & Yin Yoga
60 min | Open-Air
Vin & Yin Yoga balances two styles; Vinyasa flow Yoga and restorative Yin Yoga. Begin with Vinyasa Flow, warming up the body with continuous movement focusing on strength and flexibility to release stored energy. Then, move into the slower-paced Yin Yoga portion to relax and lengthen connective tissues with poses held for 2-5 minutes.
Sculpt Yoga
60 min | Heated
Our sculpt yoga class targets the big muscle groups that are integral to a strong practice - the arms, legs, back, glutes, and core. In this practice we will combine yoga, weight training, and cardio to build muscle tone, flexibility, and balance. We encourage you to take this class at your own pace and rest when needed. This high intensity workout is designed to leave you feeling stronger, accomplished and uplifted.
